Cognitive Diffusion And The Power of Letting Go

  3. Allow them to pass: Don’t get caught up in your thoughts or try to change them. Allow them to arise and pass away like clouds.
  4. Focus on the present moment: Bring your attention back to the present moment whenever your mind wanders.
