MEET YOUR THERAPIST

Melanie Saija

Registered Psychotherapist

Hi! I’m Melanie!

I’m a registered psychotherapist here at Rebound Total Health. I have always known I was meant for psychotherapeutic work since the age of 16. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and exploring various problem-solving options. I definitely resonate with the idea of being a ‘people person’ and think my natural ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life is one of my greatest strengths in the work I do. I love collaborating with my clients to help them attain their goals.

Together, we'll target your struggles and find new, healthier ways to move past them.

Working With Me

Through an integrative approach, my goal is to collaboratively tailor therapy, to what you need, want and wish to prioritize. My hope is that you leave each session feeling one step closer to inner peace and accomplishing your goals.

Worth Mentioning

As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!

  1. No Judgement - Nothing is off limits, except for judgement. I offer a place that you can be your true authentic self with no filter.

  2. Authenticity – While you are practicing becoming your authentic self, I will be right beside you with the open and honest environment to exchange equally. I will be real with you, just as I hope you are with me!

  3. Flexibility - I am flexible when it comes to bookings, session formats, therapeutic approaches and exploring any topic that you deem necessary or relevant. We’ll find what works, together.

What does a session with me look like?

I am often described as “easy to talk to” and super personable. You’ll feel as if someone genuinely wants to understand and validate your individual experiences in this big world where we are often made to feel insignificant. You are valued as important and will feel safe in your therapeutic environment. I will chat with you, ask questions, stay curious, laugh with you, empathize with you and gently challenge where needed.
