Alice Mendelev
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) - MACP (IN PROGRESS)
I’m Alice Mendelev, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and therapist-in-training completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. My journey began through yoga and mindfulness, where I discovered the healing power of presence, connection, and self-awareness. This evolved into a deep passion for supporting others in navigating anxiety, identity, and self-esteem challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with warmth, cultural sensitivity, creating a safe, collaborative space for growth and healing. Drawing from both personal and professional experience, I aim to help clients reconnect with their self-compassion, authenticity and balance.
My goal is for each session to feel like a safe space to process, heal, and grow.

Together, we work to uncover underlying meanings behind thoughts and behaviours, building awareness and emotional resilience. I would incorporate grounding techniques, reflective dialogue and strength-based interventions to help clients reconnect with themselves and develop healthier coping tools.
