Hi, I’m Candice — a mom, wife, and lifelong learner who traded a career in industrial engineering for the world of emotions, energy, and human connection. My path into therapy grew from both personal and professional transformation. As someone who’s neurodivergent and has navigated misdiagnosis and anxiety firsthand, I understand what it means to crave understanding, validation, and true support.
My style combines intuition with practical tools, blending talk therapy with holistic approaches that engage the mind, body, and energy systems. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore what’s underneath and brave enough to reclaim our light.
My goal? That you leave each session feeling seen, lighter, and a little more connected to yourself.

Working with me feels empowering, grounding, and deeply human. Sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and uncover the patterns, emotions, and beliefs shaping your experiences. We’ll explore your story at your pace, using a mix of evidence-based and intuitive methods, what I like to call my “tickle trunk” of tools. Talking isn’t always required; sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we tune into the body or the quiet in-between.

Expect warmth, curiosity, and no judgment. Expect laughter when it’s needed, gentleness when it’s not, and a shared belief that growth doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I see every person as a whole, not a problem to fix, but a story to understand.

My approach to therapy is integrative, intuitive, emotion-focused, and deeply client-centred. Together, we’ll explore your story layer by layer, at a pace that feels right for you. I weave together evidence-based methods with mindfulness, somatic, and energy practices. This creates space for balance, clarity, and transformation within the mind-body connection, while fostering meaningful progress, empowerment, autonomy, and clarity about your own truths.

A flexible and customized approach to treatment that combines different therapeutic methods to create a unique plan tailored to your specific needs.
Person-Centred Therapy
A non-directive, humanistic approach to talk therapy that is rooted in a supportive and empathetic environment, allowing clients to discover their own solutions and foster personal growth.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
An approach that helps you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings in the present moment without judgment, enabling you to shift your relationship with negative thinking patterns and respond more effectively.
Emotion-focused Therapy
Centers on helping individuals or couples become more aware of, understand, and manage their emotions. Rooted in attachment theory, it views emotions as vital for identity and decision-making, and it helps clients transform negative emotional patterns to build healthier relationships and improve well-being.
