Hello! My name is Jenna, and I am a student therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Rebound Total Health. I have always been passionate about helping others navigate their struggles and discover their potential. Having witnessed the transformative power of therapy in my own life and those around me, I felt called to create a safe space for others to explore their emotions and experiences. My goal is to empower individuals to overcome challenges and foster resilience, ultimately guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. With a compassionate, empathetic, and understanding approach, I am eager to support you on your journey!

Trauma-Informed Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy is an approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma on individuals and emphasizes safety, trustworthiness, collaboration, and empowerment. Together, we will use this approach to process trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
