Worth mentioning
As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!
Anything goes, I want you to feel comfortable sharing anything and everything. And know that I will uphold and respect your privacy and confidentiality.
While the work isn’t always fun, I am! Healing doesn’t have to be intimidating or heavy, when appropriate I will try to make our sessions fun.
I provide flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate your busy life, ensuring that therapy remains accessible and convenient.
What does a session with me look like?
I tailor all my sessions to my client’s specific and unique needs but you can expect to always feel listened to, cared for, and supported. If you’d like to sit and vent, I will be there to listen and validate your experiences. If you’d like to make a change in your life, we will set practical and achievable goals collaboratively. I will guide you through difficult sessions with warmth and understanding, and laugh with you during easier ones. Above all I strive to create a warm, safe, judgment free space where your therapeutic needs will be met.

My approach
As a therapist, I create a welcoming and relaxed environment where clients feel at ease to share their experiences. My style is down-to-earth, combining warmth and humor with evidence-based practices to make the therapeutic process comfortable yet impactful. I tailor my eclectic approach to each individual, with a special appreciation for Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which offers a supportive, compassionate way to process emotions. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck. My goal is to empower you, creating a safe space where healing and growth can happen at your own pace.
Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT)
An approach that focuses on warmth, empathy, and understanding emotions. Emotions provide valuable information about your needs, experiences and relationships. We can use this information to understand and identify patterns to encourage change.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
DBT helps clients accept the ‘opposite’ parts of themselves. This approach helps clients learn emotional regulation skills along with other practical skills to help build a ‘life worth living’.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
An approach that fosters acceptance, instead of avoidance and pathology. Learn to develop more psychological flexibility and self-acceptance.
Strengths-Based
A strengths-based approach recognizes the remarkable strengths that make you who you are. Within each individual, lies a reservoir of resilience, courage, and potential waiting to be harnessed. Together let’s explore your strengths and learn how they can help you navigate challenges.
