I always aspired to a career in healthcare, but it was my own personal struggles and my experience in brain stimulation therapy that ignited my passion for counselling. I believe in connecting with others on a genuine level, where no one has to pretend to be “ok,” and no conversation is too uncomfortable or taboo. My goal is to help individuals find fulfillment and joy in life, and it is my honor to provide the support and guidance needed to overcome life’s struggles.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT focuses on accepting difficult emotions and experiences rather than trying to eliminate them, while committing to actions aligned with personal values. It integrates mindfulness techniques with strategies to foster psychological flexibility and promote meaningful behavior change.

Mixed/Eclectic Modalities

Utilizing a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, mixed or eclectic modalities draw from various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others. This flexible approach ensures a customized treatment plan that addresses diverse aspects of the client’s concerns and preferences.
