Natasha Barich
Student Therapist - MACP (IN PROGRESS) Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi! My name is Natasha, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Rebound Total Health. My journey into the field of mental health has been shaped by both professional experiences and my own lived experiences with challenges, growth, and healing. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, feel, and connect with themselves and others. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the value of therapy as a space for reflection, support, and meaningful change.
In my work, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I meet clients with empathy, curiosity, and a non-judgmental presence. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you as you gain insight and move toward the version of yourself you want to be.

My goal is to help you find strength and clarity on your journey to well-being and bouncing back!

We can connect virtually or in person
Whether you’re near or far, I can help you bounce back. We can meet in-person in a calming, quiet environment in our newly renovated office space in Dundas, Ontario. We can also meet conveniently online or via telephone, giving you more flexibility to choose a time and place that works for you and your busy schedule.

Working with me
Working with me feels like talking to someone who genuinely cares, because I do. I show up with warmth, humour when it fits, and zero judgment. My hope is that by the end of our sessions, you feel lighter, more understood, and a little more connected to yourself.
Worth mentioning
As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!
I pay close attention to what you’re feeling, even the stuff that’s hard to put into words.
You have choice in how we work together and in what you do and don’t share. This autonomy extends to include determining your therapeutic goals and adapting our sessions accordingly. There is no one size fits all!
I gently challenge you when needed and help you stay connected to the goals and growth that matter most to you.
What does a session with me look like?
Sessions are client-centered and paced based on your comfort and readiness. I use a blend of conversation, reflection, and evidence-based strategies to support self-awareness, healing, and growth. You can expect to explore your thoughts and feelings in a calm, nonjudgmental space where curiosity is welcomed, and your voice leads the way.

My approach
My approach is flexible and collaborative. I create a safe space where you can be heard and understood. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships to identify patterns that may be impacting you. I focus on providing practical tools and insights that fit your life, while respecting your pace and individual experience. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to help you connect with your inner resilience and live more authentically.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Working with you to build safety, understand triggers, and build skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, effectiveness in interpersonal relationships, and skills in managing emotions.
Emotionally Focused & Attachment-Based
Our past, especially our early childhood relationships can influence our present behaviours, even if subconsciously. By exploring your past, we can better understand our behaviours and help promote secure attachment, healthy relationships, and emotional balance.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on the present, helping you recognize and reshape negative thoughts and beliefs. By building more positive thoughts, it empowers you to make meaningful changes in your life and move toward greater happiness.
Client-Centered Therapy
This humanistic approach centers around the client’s inherent capacity for growth and self-healing. The therapist provides a supportive, empathetic, and non-directive environment, allowing clients to explore their feelings and thoughts openly, ultimately leading to self-discovery and personal growth.
