Hi! I’m Olivia! I’ve always felt a deep calling to support and care for others, a passion I’ve had for as long as I can remember. This desire to help others naturally guided me toward studying psychology at Western University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts. My experience as a crisis responder for Kids Help Phone allowed me to provide compassionate care to those facing mental health challenges. With plans to pursue a Masters of Psychotherapy in 2025, I’m eager to offer a listening ear, an open heart, and a safe space for those who need it most.

Meeting with me feels like stepping into a space where you can take a deep breath and just be yourself. My goal is to offer a gentle, caring presence that helps you feel truly listened to and valued. I hope you leave our conversations feeling a bit more at ease and knowing that you have someone in your corner, ready to support you in whatever way you need.
What happens in a consultation?!
We’ll start by determining what you’d like to work on in therapy and what’s brought you here! We just need a general idea of the topics for exploration and areas you’d like to focus on in therapy.
We’ll chat a bit about your day-to-day life, what you do and who you are. Finding the right therapist includes finding the right personality fit, so don’t be scared to let your personality shine!
Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time, if you have any preferences about what type of therapist you want or what you might be specifically looking for, we’ll take note. No idea what you want or need? Don’t worry! No preferences required 🙂
We’ll spend some time discussing the practical aspects of therapy such as your availability, booking information and of course financial aspects of therapy such as prices, payments & benefits coverage.
Last but certainly not least, the consultation offers an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have about virtual/telephone therapy at Rebound, the process of getting started or anything you’re uncertain of!
