Rand Dahan
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) - MACP (IN PROGRESS)
Hello! My name is Rand. I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and therapist student at Rebound Total Health. Although my roots are in biomedical science, my heart has always found fulfillment in connecting with people, listening to their stories, and journeying with them during their difficult times. I have worked with children, adolescents, youth, and adults and witnessed the powerful impact that a safe, non-judgmental space can have on one’s life. As you embark on your journey of self-discovery and growth, I am eager to accompany you and help you rebound, unearth your inner strength, and evolve into the person you aspire to be.

My mission is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience, fostering personal growth and well-being.

Working with me
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. My goal as a therapist is to support you in this process, providing you with tools and strategies to navigate your unique path to wellness. At the end of a session, I want each client to feel a sense of empowerment and hope, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation.
Worth mentioning
As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!
Therapy is a personal experience, and I embrace this by offering a spectrum of approaches and adapting the therapeutic techniques to suit your unique journey.
You have choice in how we work together and in what you share (and do not share). This autonomy extends to include determining your therapeutic goals and adapting our sessions accordingly.
With a foundation in a scientific background, I offer a holistic approach to therapy that considers the biological and the psychosocial parts of your life and experiences in order to create a treatment plan that truly suits your unique needs.
What does a session with me look like?
In our collaborative sessions, you will find a client-centered sanctuary where your needs, concerns, and aspirations are the focal point. Expect a harmonious blend of empathetic listening and active engagement, all within a safe and non-judgmental space that respects your time and financial commitment. Through personalized interventions, whether it be through reflective conversation, exploration, problem-solving strategies, or skill-building exercises, I aim to empower you with tools to effectively navigate your challenges and steer towards the future you envision. The atmosphere of my sessions is warm and supportive fostering a sense of safety and trust.
