Holistic nutritionists take into account not only the nutritional content of foods but also their impact on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. The goal of holistic nutrition is to address underlying imbalances, promote balance and harmony within the body, and empower individuals to take an active role in their health journey.
