Hi! I’m Alex! I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) at Rebound Total Health. My passion lies in fostering positive relationships with food and recognizing the profound connection between mind, body, and nutrition in mental health. With a holistic approach drawing from my background in nutrition, movement, and psychology, I aim to empower people to navigate their emotional well-being and personal growth journey. My goal is to provide a nurturing space for clients to explore challenges with food and uncover strengths. Through a tailored and integrative approach, I support clients in enhancing their mind-body connection and developing healthy strategies to nourish their bodies and minds! It’s my privilege to accompany clients on their unique paths of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing.

Psychoeducation

I provide clients with comprehensive nutritional education to empower them with knowledge and understanding of the connection between food, mental health, and overall well-being. Through psychoeducation, clients gain insight into the impact of nutrition on their health and are equipped with practical tools to make informed dietary choices.

50 Minute Appointment -  $155 + HST
