Hi! I’m Brittany, MA,, RP and Owner/Operator of Rebound Total Health. From a very young age I knew I wanted to help people - in whatever way that meant. Whether it was tutoring, teaching, or giving my friends relationship advice, I’ve always loved watching moments of growth happen before my eyes. Working With Me

My goal in working with all my clients is to make therapy easy. Therapy with me won’t be what you see on T.V - no clipboards, big words or stuffy power dynamics. I, just like you, am human and will connect with you on that level. I will laugh with you, support you in your sadness, and share when appropriate.

Worth Mentioning

As clients decide who they want to work with for therapy, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!

  1. Flexible Availability: I offer flexible session availability throughout the week for all times of day including morning, daytime and late evening slots, making therapy much more accessible to those with busy schedules.

  2. Easy Bookings: My online booking tool allows clients to book in their own sessions for times that work for them. For those with specific time slot requirements or preferences, you can pre-book multiple sessions in advance to ‘save your spot.’ Don’t care to book yourself? Don’t worry - clients can book with me directly following your session, or email to book!

  3. No Need for Nerves: The #1 feedback that I receive from clients is that my easy-going, down-to-earth approach took their nerves away. For those that are nervous about starting therapy, or are worried they won’t be comfortable, you’re in the right place.

What does a session with me look like?

All clients are different and so are their sessions! For the most part, I like to start out sessions by checking in with clients - How was your week? How are you feeling? Anything new and exciting? We might review last weeks discussion or homework. Throughout sessions I will ask you questions, give input, provide examples and life experiences, work through activities with you, provide psychoeducation and most importantly, be your biggest advocate. To help you out along the way, some sessions will be followed up with an email that provides additional support, resources & recaps new learnings from session.

My Approach

As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to meet my clients where they are at. With an easy-going, down-to-earth personality, my laid-back therapeutic style provides a comfortable space for my clients to share their story and work through their struggles. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate the unavoidable bumps and hurdles that life puts in our way. Maybe you’re struggling in your relationship or are undergoing some serious stress in your life. You could be feeling anxious, sad, stuck in a rut or simply don't even know what is bothering you. Whatever your situation is, I’m here to help.

Solutions Focused Therapy

Address the problems you’re facing today and find useful practical tips and tricks to implement today. I love to incorporate solutions focused therapy to address the here and now, while using deeper reaching modalities to address the root of the problem!

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Develop practical techniques to change behavioural patterns and learn to identify, question and adjust your thoughts, attitudes and beliefs as they relate to your struggles.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

DBT helps clients accept the ‘opposite’ parts of themselves. This approach helps clients learn emotional regulation skills along with other practical skills to help build a ‘life worth living’

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

An approach that fosters acceptance, instead of avoidance and pathology. Learn to develop more psychological flexibility and self-acceptance.
