As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!
Comfortable: My goal is to remove the anxiety, stress and intensity that seeking support can entail.
Adaptable: I am open to adjusting to meet your needs. There’s no pressure or stress as I aim to ensure the session, format, and modality works for you!
Flexibility: Booking with me is easy! I offer flexible availability and a variety of formats so you can find what works best for you and your schedule!
What does a session with me look like?
I tailor the session to meet your needs! A typical session includes checking-in, reviewing what’s on your mind and making a plan. I want our sessions to feel natural, easy and authentic, while taking steps forward. We may focus on something new that’s come up or follow-up with a discussion from a previous session.
