Erika

Hi, I’m Erika! As a former Recreation Therapist in a mental health unit, and Tutoring Manager, I have experience supporting people of all ages, from kids to adults, in various capacities. Currently continuing my studies in Human Services, my goal is to provide every person the opportunity to achieve their full potential. My life experiences, both professionally and personally, motivate me to help others. So, I look forward to supporting you as the Client Coordinator at Rebound Total Health! How can I help?

In a busy and often chaotic world, I believe in the importance of building strong connections in a safe, and open environment. My passion is supporting others to achieve their goals, and feel heard.

What happens in a consultation?!

  1. Discuss your goals. We’ll start by determining what you’d like to work on in therapy and what’s brought you here! We just need a general idea of the topics for exploration and areas you’d like to focus on in therapy.

  2. Get to know you. We’ll chat a bit about your day-to-day life, what you do and who you are. Finding the right therapist includes finding the right personality fit, so don’t be scared to let your personality shine!

  3. Preferences. Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time, if you have any preferences about what type of therapist you want or what you might be specifically looking for, we’ll take note. No idea what you want or need? Don’t worry! No preferences required :)

  4. Practical Stuff. We’ll spend some time discussing the practical aspects of therapy such as your availability, booking information and of course financial aspects of therapy such as prices, payments & benefits coverage.

  5. Questions. Last but certainly not least, the consultation offers an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have about virtual/telephone therapy at Rebound, the process of getting started or anything you’re uncertain of!
