Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
As a student therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Rebound Total Health, it was a matter of taking life into my own hands and turning my dream into a reality. My journey began with a deep desire to understand the complexities of the human experience and the underlying motivations behind our actions, thoughts, and emotions. Life’s challenges can often catch us off guard, but having a reliable support system can turn even the toughest moments into opportunities for growth.

Working with me is a collaborative process aimed at fostering personal growth and well-being. Through authentic connection, I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment that empowers clients to explore their inner selves and develop coping strategies for life’s challenges. My goal is to provide clients with the tools and insight necessary to cultivate greater self-awareness, resiliency, and personal fulfillment. By the end of each session, my clients can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported, with the confidence to face life’s obstacles with newfound strength and clarity
Worth Mentioning
As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s a lot to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!
1) Authenticity: I prioritize genuineness in our interactions, encouraging an honest and open dialogue that allows for a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
2) Relaxed Environment: I strive to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and feel at ease during our sessions.
3) Holistic Approach: I take a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach to therapy, considering all aspects of your life and experiences in order to provide a well-rounded and effective treatment plan
What does a session with me look like?
Since there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, that goes without saying for the way I hold space for others. Tailoring my approach to the unique needs of what YOU require is an equation I find benefits everyone in the room. Starting with a check-in, we can collaborate on creating a plan of action that will be sure to provide you with progress in whatever challenge you may be facing. You can rest assured that our time together will have you feeling free to express yourself without fear of criticism. Through genuine connection and at the pace you feel most comfortable with, we can explore your inner self without reservation.
