My Approach

My expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, and Solution Focused therapies. I have extensively worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction using these techniques. I also use Person-centred and strength-based techniques to promote self-awareness and personal growth. I'm passionate about Exposure & Response Prevention therapy which helps individuals suffering from OCD live life with less anxiety. Lastly, I incorporate Somatic Psychotherapy techniques to help clients understand how their physical sensations are linked to their emotions. My approach is unique as I tailor each session to my clients needs and goals.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

I employ CBT to help clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors. This approach is goal-oriented and focuses on developing practical coping strategies.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I integrate mindfulness techniques to enhance self-awareness and promote emotional regulation. This approach helps clients develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and stressors.

Person-Centered Therapy

In this client-centered approach, I create a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where clients explore their feelings and thoughts. The emphasis is on self-acceptance and self-actualization.

Solution-Focused

I use SFBT to focus on finding practical and solution-oriented approaches to clients’ concerns. This approach encourages clients to identify their strengths and resources to achieve their desired goals.
