Hannah Paolini
Student Therapist - MACP (IN PROGRESS)
Hi there, I’m Hannah Paolini! I’m a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student completing my practicum placement at Rebound Total Health. My passion for helping others sparked at an early age and has since guided me to the counselling profession. In my younger years and beyond, I have always been the person whom friends and loved ones have turned to for support. My own experiences navigating major life transitions, living away from home, and juggling responsibilities as an emerging adult have deepened my empathy and shaped my desire to support others in periods of change, growth, and self-discovery.
As a student psychotherapist entering the world of counselling, I feel especially passionate about supporting those navigating anxiety, stress, isolation, low self-esteem, and new life transitions. My path toward becoming a therapist has felt like a natural calling – I am so grateful to be stepping into a career that aligns with my values, passion, and purpose!
My goal is for each session to feel like a safe space to process, heal, and grow.

Working with Hannah
My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and seen for who they are and the experiences they carry. I aim for clients to leave each session feeling supported without judgment and reassured that they do not need to figure everything out on their own.
Worth mentioning
As clients decide who they want to work with for counselling, there’s lots to take into consideration! Here are some additional perks you should know of!
As your therapist, I strive to lead with compassion and warmth. My goal is for clients to feel supported, cared for, and at ease throughout the therapeutic process.
I am genuine and transparent, bringing an easy-going energy to our sessions. My aim is to create a non-judgmental space in which you feel free to be your true self.
I offer flexible scheduling hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. I understand that balancing daily demands can be challenging. Making therapy accessible to you is my priority!
What does a session with me look like?
Clients can expect a warm welcome and a thoughtful check-in during each session. I prioritize transparency and collaboration, encouraging honest communication so that your needs and goals remain at the center of our work together. Whether you are looking to problem-solve, set practical goals, or simply have space to be yourself, I am committed to helping you feel supported and genuinely heard.
